Luke has done several projects for me. I could not have been more pleased with his knowledge and execution. His work and work ethic are outstanding. From our first meeting to completion and cleanup everything was perfect! I have recommended him to several friends and they too have been delighted with his work. I can’t say enough good things about Fawcett Construction-they are the best!!

We found Luke Fawcett through a friend who had renovations completed and they were very happy with the work. His knowledge, craftsmanship, fair pricing, and effort to complete the work in a timely manner is outstanding. The two jobs we had were not very big and he still took on the task (many companies couldn't be bothered because it's not a 'big ticket' job). He and his crew are very respectful and clean up after themselves, too. I totally recommend this company for any construction or remodeling jobs you have. *Photo is of our shower floor and border tile replacement.

I’ve known Luke a long time now. I can honestly say he runs his business with integrity. His professionalism is unmatched and his pricing is honest and affordable. He’s gonna get the job done on time and within budget. If there is an issue that was unforeseen (as there commonly will be with any project) you can trust that he’s gonna remediate the problem and get the job done right. There are not a lot of honest contractors out there and Fawcett Construction is a top notch company that you can trust ,no matter what the project may be, to give you the highest quality service.

I was lucky enough to be a neighbor of Luke and was always grateful for his professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and enthusiasm for his craft. He does beautiful work and has always been honest and helpful in his recommendations. 100% would hire Fawcett Construction again for any projects!

If your are looking for an owner operated honest no B.S Construction Company then Luke Fawcett owner of Fawcett construction is your company. Luke have done work in my house several times, Luke knows his staff, clean, respectful cares about your home, from Crown Molding to full Home or commercial remodeling. Fawcett construction has your cover. I will refer him to family and friends any time of the day Thank you Luke for making my office look amazing!

I found Fawcett Construction, among others, recommended on a local community forum. I got 3 quotes to do crown molding. I went with Fawcett based on the price and meet and greet - Luke (the owner) is super friendly! My instincts were right - Fawcett did a great job. While Luke was working on the crown molding I asked his opinion on a spot I suspected to be water damage. It took him about 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem. It was water damage. He popped in 3 days later to fix it the problem. Phew! A month later, I needed a few things done: light fixture hung, faucet installed, and window shutters reinstalled after painting. Again, I was not let down by Fawcett Construction. Great work & fair price by a reputable business. You can't go wrong. Call Fawcett for a quote - you won't regret it!

We recently had our sliding glass doors refurbished by Fawcett Construction Inc. Living on the ocean with the salt spray plays havoc with these doors. Ours were no exception. Within two working days they were functioning like new. We found their staff professional and friendly. My wife and I strongly recommend their services when looking for sliding glass door repair. After hiring Luke over a year ago to do a small project, I was so happy that since then he has touched every room in my condo. Everything from renovating my kitchen and bathrooms to new flooring, removing ceiling popcorn, installing fans, fixtures and helping me find everything needed to do the job. He has gone over and above in every single way even to putting up picture panels over my bed. He has installed shelves in closets, put in a screen door and I am totally happy with everything done. Having him and Jay in my home working was like having family around. They are awesome! Only sad that I have nothing else for him to do! I would recommend Fawcett Construction for any job, big or small!

After a disastrous experience with a contractor, Fawcett Construction came to the rescue. Luke and Jay did a beautiful job fixing our luxury vinyl flooring.
