We found Luke Fawcett through a friend who had renovations completed and they were very happy with the work. His knowledge, craftsmanship, fair pricing, and effort to complete the work in a timely manner is outstanding. The two jobs we had were not very big and he still took on the task (many companies couldn't be bothered because it's not a 'big ticket' job). I found Fawcett Construction, among others, recommended on a local community forum. I got 3 quotes to do crown molding. I went with Fawcett based on the price and meet and greet - Luke (the owner) is super friendly! My instincts were right - Fawcett did a great job. While Luke was working on the crown molding I asked his opinion on a spot I suspected to be water damage. It took him about 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem. It was water damage. He popped in 3 days later to fix it the problem. Phew! A month later, I needed a few things done: light fixture hung, faucet installed, and window shutters reinstalled after painting. Again, I was not let down by Fawcett Construction. Great work & fair price by a reputable business. You can't go wrong. Call Fawcett for a quote - you won't regret it!
