Had peel and stick wallpaper installed and it came out beautiful. Very efficient and great work. Highly recommend!

Finding contractors always a tough go but couldn’t have been more fortunate to find Fawcett construction. Entire experience was positive. Work crew friendly, timely, thorough, and very professional. Cleaned up after each day, listened to our comments and were helpful beyond the call. Pricing very fair and work was exemplary and timely. Call them for sure!

Luke & his crew were here last week. In less than 6 days they did the following: painted my entire condo - ceiling, walls & trim, replaced 3 fans w/ new ones each w/ 2 remote controls, replaced all 7 closet doors w/ new wood doirs, wallpapered 2 walls, installed a new mirror & light fixture in my bathroom, put a push button lock on my front door, added a new pneumatic control & a new latch on my screen door, and repaired a slider where the door frame was pulled away from the glass. I wasn’t sure that could be repaired & was concerned that we’d need a new slider. But Luke repaired it! All of this in 5-1/2 days. The crew was very nice, and they removed their trash & vacuumed constantly to keep things clean. They left my place in good condition every day. It was a lot of work & many changes that made a significant change in the look of my condo. It is now fresh & clean and up to date. And they did it all in less than 6 days. I highly recommend them for all of yr home or business jobs. Luke is very fair w/ his prices & brings his work in for the quoted price. You can add extras if you need them. Luke’s company had to paint an entire condo and hang doors for us. Being in Michigan and having our new condo out of state, could have been much more difficult then it was. Luke constantly texted us, sent photos and called to clarify the work as it proceeded. Would definitely recommend him!

Luke and his team were incredibly considerate of our family while they were redoing our floors which I appreciated. I choose a large format tile with different sizes and patterns that they laid down like art. Each piece of tile worked so well into the surrounding pieces. My floors are my favorite thing about my home now!

Luke did a fantastic job removing my kitchen cove lighting and bathroom lighting replacing with high hat cans. He was on time, very reasonable priced and worked quickly!

The Before & After! Goodbye 80’s! Luke worked quickly to remove my cove lighting to bring me up to date. He even adjusted my water pressure & tightened some fixtures included in the price, which was very reasonable. Looks fantastic! Do not hesitate to hire this company for your renovation projects! I will definitely be using their services again.

Luke Fawcett and his crew did a full remodel on 2 bathrooms recently. Luke was very helpful with design and product ideas and got us to the right resources (thanks Floor & Decor!) Luke was on-time and on-budget, which was great. His crew was friendly and meticulous and treated our home with care. (Our dog thinks they're awesome, too. ) We recommend without hesitation.

I highly recommend Fawcett Construction Inc as they got me out of a bad unfinished construction situation. I was losing hope after 4 months of disappointment with other contractors. But when I first spoke with Luke about the undependable workers I previously hired and the sorry state that my bathroom was still in, he assured me he could make my bathroom functional and beautiful. He explained his many years of experience and I decided to trust him. Luke is the real deal and he and his team had my bathroom complete and looking beautiful in 6 days. Thanks to Fawcett Construction Inc, my faith in contractor’s promises has been restored. Fawcett’s knowledge, skill, professionalism, and the respect they showed to me and my home is so appreciated. Needed some manual labor done with moving some outdoor concrete furniture into place. He responded quickly and arrived on time. They were more than happy to do the work requested of them. They were even able to teach me a few things about concrete adhesives and that goes a long way with me. I would recommend to anyone having any type of project that they may need help with.
