We recently had our sliding glass doors refurbished by Fawcett Construction Inc. Living on the ocean with the salt spray plays havoc with these doors. Ours were no exception. We found Luke Fawcett through a friend who had renovations completed and they were very happy with the work. His knowledge, craftsmanship, fair pricing, and effort to complete the work in a timely manner is outstanding. The two jobs we had were not very big and he still took on the task (many companies couldn't be bothered because it's not a 'big ticket' job). He and his crew are very respectful and clean up after themselves, too. I totally recommend this company for any construction or remodeling jobs you have. *Photo is of our shower floor and border tile replacement.

I highly recommend Fawcett Construction Inc as they got me out of a bad unfinished construction situation. I was losing hope after 4 months of disappointment with other contractors. But when I first spoke with Luke about the undependable workers I previously hired and the sorry state that my bathroom was still in, he assured me he could make my bathroom functional and beautiful. He explained his many years of experience and I decided to trust him. Luke is the real deal and he and his team had my bathroom complete and looking beautiful in 6 days. Thanks to Fawcett Construction Inc, my faith in contractor’s promises has been restored. Fawcett’s knowledge, skill, professionalism, and the respect they showed to me and my home is so appreciated. Luke Fawcett and his crew did a full remodel on 2 bathrooms recently. Luke was very helpful with design and product ideas and got us to the right resources (thanks Floor & Decor!) Luke was on-time and on-budget, which was great. His crew was friendly and meticulous and treated our home with care. (Our dog thinks they're awesome, too. ) We recommend without hesitation.

Needed some manual labor done with moving some outdoor concrete furniture into place. He responded quickly and arrived on time. They were more than happy to do the work requested of them. They were even able to teach me a few things about concrete adhesives and that goes a long way with me. I would recommend to anyone having any type of project that they may need help with.

After hiring Luke over a year ago to do a small project, I was so happy that since then he has touched every room in my condo. Everything from renovating my kitchen and bathrooms to new flooring, removing ceiling popcorn, installing fans, fixtures and helping me find everything needed to do the job. He has gone over and above in every single way even to putting up picture panels over my bed. He has installed shelves in closets, put in a screen door and I am totally happy with everything done. Having him and Jay in my home working was like having family around. They are awesome! Only sad that I have nothing else for him to do! I found Fawcett Construction, among others, recommended on a local community forum. I got 3 quotes to do crown molding. I went with Fawcett based on the price and meet and greet - Luke (the owner) is super friendly! My instincts were right - Fawcett did a great job. While Luke was working on the crown molding I asked his opinion on a spot I suspected to be water damage. It took him about 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the problem. It was water damage. He popped in 3 days later to fix it the problem. Phew! A month later, I needed a few things done: light fixture hung, faucet installed, and window shutters reinstalled after painting. Again, I was not let down by Fawcett Construction. Great work & fair price by a reputable business. You can't go wrong. Call Fawcett for a quote - you won't regret it!
